Petros Stylianides is a partner at Gleacher Shacklock and has extensive experience in strategic financial advisory and M&A focusing on the Utilities and Infrastructure sector.
Petros has advised on numerous infrastructure transactions ranging from regulated utilities, midstream, power generation including renewables as well as transport including airports, rail leasing and ports.
Prior to joining Gleacher Shacklock, Petros worked for 22 years in Investment Banking primarily at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. From 2014 to 2017, Petros also worked at the infrastructure investment firm, Wren House. Most recently, he headed the European Power, Utilities and Infrastructure team at BMO Capital Markets (Bank of Montreal).
Petros has a BEng in Civil Engineering from Manchester University and an MPhil in Management Studies from Cambridge University.
